How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
After obtaining the application form from the District Sainik Welfare Office, the applicant must submit it to the concerned office. The following documents are required for the application: Bank account passbook, preliminary report related to war, part-two order of the record office/Director General's office related to the war incident, battle casualty certificate of martyr soldier, relationship certificate issued by the related record office/Director General's office of dependents, discharge book, identity card of dependents, Certificate of non-payment of ex-gratia grant issued by the District Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Office, Certificate of battle casualty/operational casualty issued by the Director General, Paramilitary Forces (for Paramilitary Forces), Certificate of battle casualty/operational casualty issued by the Director General, Central Armed Police Forces (for Central Armed Police Forces) After verification of the applications at the District Sainik Welfare Office level, the approved amount is paid to the applicants found correct through DBT.
