How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the concerned Educational Institution and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in application. Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Educational Institution. Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the Educational Institution to whom the application has been submitted. Step 5: The concerned institution will forward the application form along with the recommendation to the district office of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department. Step 6: The District Office, Social Justice and Empowerment Department will examine the received application form within a month and issue offline approval and transfer the amount to the applicant's bank account every month.
