"Short Term Loan Scheme" provides financial assistance/ loan as a credit to individuals from the Scheduled Tribe Community to meet the immediate expenses towards Education, Medical and Business needs. The scheme aims to improve their standard of living.

Key eligibility

1. The applicant should be an individual from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) Community of the State of Goa. 1. The applicant can reapply under the said scheme provided he has cleared earlier loans availed under the scheme.

How to Apply

1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

   Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd, Department of Tribal Welfare, Govt. of Goa, Shram Shakti Bhavan, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa, - 403 001.

2. Step 2: Offline application — step 2

   Step 2: Take a print of the proforma of the application form, or request a hard copy from the concerned authority.

3. Step 3: Offline application — step 3

   Step 3: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest if required).

4. Step 4: Offline application — step 4

   Step 4: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned authority.
