Advertisement Issuance: The Directorate of Higher Education issues the advertisement for the scheme. Application Examination: The applications received are examined by the concerned Regional Additional Director. Approval and Disbursement: With the approval of the concerned Regional Additional Director, the amount is transferred to the applicant's bank account.
