Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Complete the Captcha code as prompted. Click the "Submit" button after verifying all information. Upon successful submission, a Confirmation Number will be generated. Carefully note this number, as it is essential for any future edits or uploads.

    3. Step 3: Online application — step 3

      Step 3: Visit the official website or portal, and click " Print Application ". Provide the mandatory details such as Scheme Name, Date of Birth, and Confirmation Number. Click "Submit" to generate the final printable version of your application. Save or print the document for your records.
