- Construction of a Multipurpose Community Hall, designated as Sanskruti Bhavan. - The project provides funding for the entire cost of construction, subject to a maximum limit of ₹50,00,000/-, which includes the cost of land. ##### ***Intended Use of the Benefits*** - The hall must be used by the local population as a Multipurpose Community Hall. - The facility must include a special Anganwadi. - The hall must include a reading room. - The hall must include a recreation room. - The main hall must have a seating capacity of 200 to 300 people. - The hall must serve as a marriage hall. - The facility must function as a facilitation point for organizing awareness programmes, conducting trainings, seminars, holding meetings of Forest Right Committees and other socio cultural events. ##### ***Disbursement*** - The entire cost of the project will be deposited with the Executing Agency. - The funds are released after the detailed estimate, drawing of the project is approved by the State Level Committee and the construction license is obtained for the project. ##### ***Conditions*** - A separate long term Maintenance Agreement will be entered into with the Executing Agency for the maintenance of the Sanskruti Bhavan/Multipurpose Community Hall. - The Panchayat may grant use of the facility at the rate fixed by the Government from time to time. - The amount collected from granting use of the facility will be credited into the maintenance fund of the hall.
