- On selection at various levels, incentive amount is payable as follows:- Levels(Category – A) Incentive amount on getting selected in district/divisional/state level sports.(Category – B) Incentive amount given by the Board for being winner in District/Divisional/State level game.At District Level₹10,000/-₹5,000/-At Division Level₹25,000/-₹15,000/-At State Level₹25,000/-₹30,000/-

      Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format, along with a certificate issued by the District Superintendent of Police or the District Sports Officer through a recognized sports organization, to the designated officer as follows: For urban areas: Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer, Urban Local Body

      For Category-B awards

      The incentive amount for the winner of the sports competition organized by the division under Category-B will be provided by the organizing Labor Department officer.
