- > **Micro & Small Enterprise****:** **Zone A & B:** 50% subject to a maximum of ₹10,00,000/- per year on the electricity consumption for 5 years. **Zone C, D & E:** 75% subject to a maximum of ₹10,00,000/- per year on the electricity consumption for 5 years. > **Medium Enterprise****:** **Zone B & C:** 100% subject to a maximum of ₹25,00,000/- per year on the electricity consumption for 5 years. **Zone D & E:** 100% on the electricity consumption for 5 years and 75% waiver from the 6th year up to 10th year from the date of commencement of commercial production subject to a maximum of ₹50,00,000/- per year.

How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
A micro, small or medium enterprise in Powerloom segment shall duly apply in prescribed form to the Directorate of Electricity Duty in FORM-C with all the relevant documents. Time frame for submission of first Application: Within 12 months from the date of commencement of commercial production (01.01.2022 to 31.12.2024).
