How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
Application Process: Step 1: To avail of the benefits of the scheme, the parents/guardians need to contact their respective government schools. Step 2: The head of the government school nominates the 1 st rank holder of the class 5 th Annual Examination. Step 3: Nominated students submit required documents to the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department. Selection Test Process: Step 1: Eligible students appear for a written selection test conducted by the Examination Section, HRD Department. Step 2: Selected students are announced based on test performance and verification. Step 3: Selected students are allotted seats in the empanelled with the HRD Department within and outside the state.
