How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
The application form can be obtained from the District Sainik Welfare Office and must be submitted to the concerned office. The following documents are required to be attached with the application: Attested copy of the Battle Casualty Report of the Martyr Soldier/War-Disabled Retired Soldier, Attested copy of the Part-II Order of Battle Casualty, Certificate of Dependents, Estimation of Building Construction/Repair Work issued by the Junior/Assistant Engineer, Certificate from the District Sainik Welfare Officer confirming that no Residential Assistance has been availed by the applicant from the State Government in the past. After verification at the District Sainik Welfare Office level, eligible applicants are provided the sanctioned amount through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
