    1. Step 1: Online application — step 1

      The department publishes advertisements in newspapers inviting applications for book publication. After the advertisement is issued, eligible beneficiaries can apply online through the Apuni Sarkar portal . The key documents required are as follows: Manuscript Quotation for printing the book Aadhaar Card Bank Account Details PAN Card Permanent Residence Certificate A departmental committee is constituted to examine the applications and manuscripts received. Financial assistance for book publication is provided only after the committee’s recommendation.
