- The applicant must belong to a Scheduled Caste (SC) community of Assam. - The applicant must have recently qualified for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Preliminary Examination held in 2025. - The annual income of the applicant's parents/guardians must not exceed ₹5,00,000/-.

   The applications will be accepted through the myScheme platform from 04/07/2025 to 31/10/2025.
