What is Doodh Sanjeevani Yojana?

> ***For the Students (Education Department)*** ◦ The scheme aims to provide nutritious food to the students. ◦ The students get 200 milliliters of flavoured milk per day. ◦ The milk provided is fortified with added 3% fat, 24 grams carbohydrate, 7 grams protein, Vitamin A 500 International Units, and Vitamin D 40 International Units. ◦ This provision is served five days in a week. > ***For Women & their Child (Women & Child Development Department)*** ◦ Children in the age group of 6 months to 6 years registered at Anganwadi centers receive 100 milliliters of fortified, flavored, double toned pasteurized milk, five days a week. ◦ Pregnant and lactating mothers registered at Anganwadi centers receive 200 milliliters of fortified, flavored, double toned pasteurized milk, twice in a week.
