Step 2: In the "Menu Ribbon", click "Worker Services > Apply for Benefits ". On the next screen, provide your Beneficiary ID, and Date Of Birth, and click "Search". A list of schemes will be displayed. Click on the scheme you intend to apply for. You will be taken to the online application form of the scheme.

Step 3: In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections.
