***Assistance for the use of Soil Conditioner*** - The soil conditioners like Rock phosphate, agricultural lime, dolomite, etc., would be provided a 75% subsidy limited to Rs. 6,000/- per ha for all categories of farmers and a maximum of 4 ha per farmer. - The soil conditioner shall be purchased and used by the farmer, and the subsidy shall be released after the use of the same in the field.

Documents Required

    How to Apply

    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

      Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Zonal Agriculture Officer and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.

    2. Step 2: Offline application — step 2

      Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

    3. Step 3: Offline application — step 3

      Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Zonal Agriculture Officer.
