    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

      Eligible students should contact the head or principal of their respective government colleges. Note 1: After admission, the principal or head of the college will purchase books from the Hindi Granth Academy according to the book purchase rules and distribute them to SC/ST students. Note 2: Stationery is provided by the college.
