Application to be made online on the e-District portal www.edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in by registering through citizen log-in or by approaching the concerned District Social Welfare Office. An Aadhaar number is mandatory for filling up the application- without Aadhaar, the application portal will not work. Self-attested documentary.
