- 1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand. 1. The applicant must be a person admitted to a government or non-government hospital due to an injury caused by a disaster, including those engaged in relief or disaster preparedness activities who sustained injuries during such work.

How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
Information about the disaster and the resulting damage is received from various sources. The concerned Patwari verifies the damage and records it in the P-20 form. The Patwari’s report is subsequently verified by the Tehsildar and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Approval is then obtained from the District Magistrate. Once the District Magistrate’s approval is received, relief funds are disbursed to the concerned beneficiaries at the Tehsil level.
