Documents Required

    How to Apply

    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

      Candidates must apply after being selected for the service and completing their training. They should download the application form from the Department of Higher Education’s website at https://he.uk.gov.in / and attach the following documents: the candidate’s Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details, permanent residence certificate, appointment letter, training certificate, proof of joining after training (if applicable), and a declaration stating that they have not previously availed the benefit of this scheme. The completed application form, along with the attached documents, must be submitted to the Directorate of Higher Education, Haldwani. After preliminary scrutiny of applications at the Directorate level, an amount of ₹50,000 is released from the government every six months.
