    How to Apply

    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

Every year, targets are assigned to the districts. The districts allocate targets to the development blocks on the basis of population. Applications are received at the development block level. It is mandatory to attach the caste certificate, income certificate, photograph, Aadhaar card, CBS Aadhaar-seeded/linked bank account details, and property documents with the application. The application forms are verified by the Village Development Officer/Gram Panchayat Development Officer, after which a priority list is prepared at the block development level. From the applications received, eligible beneficiaries are selected by a committee comprising the Chief Development Officer, Block Development Officer, and District Social Welfare Officer. Thereafter, the District Social Welfare Officer initiates the process of fund allocation as per the committee’s recommendations.
