      Visit the official portal managed by Jharkhand Space Applications Center . Click on "Register" to fill mobile number, email ID, and generate a password. Get the activation link to your registered email ID and click on the link to get confirmation "Account has been activated successfully". Fill out the application form and upload the required documents. Submit the application for verification by the District Social Welfare Officer. Track the application status through the portal.
