How to Apply
Step 1: Online - Via Csc application — step 1
The online application can be submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras. Along with the application form, applicants must attach a self-attested photocopy of their Shramik Card, Aadhaar Card, Self-Declaration Certificate, and a certificate confirming that no similar benefit has been availed from any other department. After verification during the departmental investigation, umbrellas are provided by the department. This benefit is available to each beneficiary only once in their lifetime.
