How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
The applicant has to submit the application form in the prescribed format and within the time limit to the office of the designated officer. Rural Area - Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Urban Area - Commissioner, Municipal Corporation/Chief Municipal Officer, Municipality/Municipal Council Apply duration Within 03 months from the date of purchase of the cycle.
