1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

   The schools/institutions fulfilling the eligibility criteria should submit the proposal requesting for allotment of land, along with the required documents, to: Director of Education, Directorate of Education, Government of Goa, Porvorim, Goa- 403 501, 0832-2416139, [email protected] All proposals under the scheme shall be scrutinized by a committee comprising of Director of Education, Senior Dy. Director of Education and Joint Director of Accounts as member.
