How to Apply
Step 1: Offline application — step 1
Beneficiaries do not need to apply anywhere for Chhattisgarh Dai Didi Clinic Scheme. Under this scheme the medical aid will reach at the doorstep of the beneficiaries themselves. Camps will be organized in the entire state of Chhattisgarh through mobile medical units. The vehicle of the Mobile Medical Unit along with women doctors and women nursing staff will render their services in the camp. Beneficiaries will have to go to the Mobile Medical Unit in their municipal corporation/village area.
