Documents Required

    How to Apply

    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

      Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat and Commissioner/Chief Municipal Officer Municipal Body and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the concerned authority.

    2. Step 2: Offline application — step 2

      Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

    3. Step 3: Offline application — step 3

      Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the authority.

      Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).

      Step1: Go to the Shram Seva Portal (MPBOCWWB) official website.

      Step2: On the homepage, find and click on Planning Application, then register the applications of registered workers for the benefits of schemes. Step 3: Enter your Labor Registration Number (Portal Code) and the code displayed in the image, then click View Details. Step 4: Choose the scheme you wish to apply for in order to avail the benefits. Step 5: Enter all required information and upload the necessary documents as prompted. Step 6: Finally, click on Submit Application to complete the process.
