   Step 1: he market committee must prepare a development plan and obtain an estimate from an engineer approved by the Director of Agricultural Markets and Rural Finance, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar. Step 2: The proposal must be submitted through the Deputy Director and District Registrar Co-operative Societies of the respective district.
