1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

   Selection trials for the competition are conducted at the district and state levels, and the selected players are given the opportunity to participate in the Akhil Bharatiya Civil Services Pratiyogita. Every year, approximately 150 personnel from various government departments of Uttarakhand benefit from this scheme by participating in the All-India Level Competition in various sports, organized by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, Government of India, for Central and State Government employees.
